A certified Microsoft partner delivers several concrete benefits: direct escalation access to Microsoft Support, verified and up-to-date technical skills through annual certification audits, as well as access to Microsoft-internal roadmaps and pre-release programs. For you, that means faster solutions, less risk in critical projects and a partner who knows the Microsoft world first-hand.

Microsoft Gold and Silver were the partner tiers until 2022, after which they were replaced by the Solutions Partner designations. Whereas certifications and revenue mattered most in the past, Solutions Partners today also have to re-prove project successes and customer satisfaction every year. Anyone who was previously "Gold" has had to re-earn their position since 2022.

A Microsoft 365 partner analyzes your actual usage compared to the licenses you have purchased and identifies over- or under-allocation. Specifically, we examine which employees really need which features (E1 vs. E3 vs. E5), where add-ons are being paid for twice and which consolidations are possible. In our experience, 10-20% of ongoing M365 costs can be saved without anyone having to give up features they need.

Look for the Solutions Partner designations – the most demanding regular Microsoft accreditation, which has to be re-earned every year through skills, project successes and customer satisfaction. Depending on the project, the most relevant designations are those for Infrastructure (Azure), Modern Work (Microsoft 365) and Security. Yes. Our office is in Wallisellen in the greater Zurich area, and we support customers throughout German-speaking Switzerland. When needed, our engineers come by in person – for workshops, critical migrations or troubleshooting. In day-to-day operations we work mainly remotely, with dedicated Swiss contacts for your company.

Yes. Microsoft provides various funding programs for migration and modernization projects, for example ECIF (Enterprise Cloud Investment Fund) or programs for Modern Work and Security assessments. Only partners with the relevant Solutions Partner designation and proven project expertise have access to them. For every project, we check which funding options apply and handle the application process for you.

Specializations are deep sub-accreditations within the Solutions Partner designations that Microsoft awards only to partners with especially pronounced expertise in a specific subject area (such as "Calling for Microsoft Teams", "Threat Protection" or "Migrate Enterprise Apps to Azure"). They are harder to achieve than the designations themselves and a good indicator for customers of whether a partner is genuinely deep in a specific area.
