What is new with Microsoft 365? From the August Update we have again picked out the most interesting news for you. Here are the highlights in a quick overview. This time with new features for Whiteboard and Microsoft teams.
Azure AD: Integration between Azure AD and SAP SuccessFactors
Admins can now automate user provisioning for applications and resources to support HR and authentication scenarios. For example, the hiring of a new employee and his access to all apps and resources from day one.
Teams: New Power Automate triggers and actions
The administration and monitoring function in the team administration has been optimized. With Automate Triggers, critical business processes can now be made much more efficient. You can combine Flows and Power Automate actions, e.g. to automatically send a personalized message to an employee mentioned by name in a chat, to create schedulers from a conversation, and more.
Microsoft 365 for SMEs: More security in the new update
Especially for small and medium-sized companies, the protection of their Microsoft 365 environment is important to avoid major failures due to security gaps. That's why Microsoft has provided a simple basic security policy for admins that applies to all Windows devices that are integrated with Microsoft Intune. whiteboard: New Features
Whiteboard users can now look forward to new functions: sticky notes, text, drag & drop. This makes working on the endless screen even easier and more efficient.
