Microsoft 365 - Update Mai 2020

Here is a quick update for the Microsoft 365 Update May 2020, this time with some helpful new features that make work easier, especially for small and medium-sized companies.

New support experience in the Admin Center of teams

You can use improved help via a help function in the Teams Admin Center. To do this, you can either log in to Teams or to the Security and Compliance Center. In the popup that opens, you can now access the help you need.

Planner integration with the Message Center

Planner integration with the Message Center is now available. This helps you to analyze and manage your workflows. In addition to synchronizing messages between the scheduler and the Message Center, administrators can choose what type of messages to synchronize.

3 x 3 video layout for teams

From now on 9 participants can be displayed in teams instead of the previous 4 visible participants. This makes work really fun. The feature has been optimized for video transmission and is available for everyone even without admin rights.

Power BI reports and charts in teams

If you use Power BI to share reports, you can now share them in teams using the new Share with Teams button.
