Microsoft 365 - Update November 2020
What's new in November for Microsoft 365? We have once again done some research for you. This time there are improvements for Microsoft Edge and surveys in Teams. On top of that, there are some new security features. Stay tuned, because now it's getting exciting.
Forms in Teams for improved polling
With the new Forms integration in Teams, moderators can now create surveys in advance and also launch them during an ongoing meeting. This allows results to be obtained directly in real time. This saves time. By the way, polls are also perfect for addressing passive audiences. You can also start the survey anonymously.
Reduce background noise in teams
A really great feature is the new possibility to reduce background noise. For this purpose, there is the automatic "real-time noise reduction". This allows you to concentrate much better on your meeting from now on. You can also read more about this in this article
Protect and manage data
Data protection and easy management in front of data protection policies are crucial for every company and organization. Especially in hybrid work environments, the issue becomes even more important. With Microsoft Endpoint Data Loss Prevention, administrators can now enforce appropriate policies that prevent risky or inappropriate sharing, for example.
Microsoft Edge with new functions
Two new features are available for Microsoft Edge. These are designed to increase user productivity. The first is Web Capturing Edge. This allows you to easily capture and mark content from the web. The item can be found under Settings. Also new is "Edge - My Feed." The feed is customizable and contains news and information relevant to your business.
