Meetings - Real as never before

In our article from 09.10.2020 we had already presented the Together Mode. Newly added is the possibility to automatically scale and center the participants on their virtual seats. The distance between the participants in front of the camera is irrelevant. The whole thing is made possible by machine learning. Instructors can now also select user-defined layouts for their presentations and determine how content is displayed to participants.

Outstanding from the top: Commendation for the best

A new function provides innovative employee motivation. With customizable badges, you can now reward your team or individual employees with a commendation. New badges for praise can also be configured by IT admins in the Team Admin Center and designed with your own company logo.

New call features

Microsoft teams are implementing numerous improvements with new call functions. These will be available by the end of this year. These include an optimized view to keep track of contacts, voicemail and call history. Here you can find all information about this update

Working hands-free with teams upside down

Especially in the construction, service and health care sectors, there are now excellent opportunities for employees who need both hands to work to facilitate work and communication with the team. They can now work 100 percent hands-free, because everything is done via a voice-controlled user interface. This enables your employees to work safely even in noisy and dangerous environments, reducing queries and downtime. The function is optimized for RealWear HMT-1 and HMT-1Z1 devices.

Teams-improvements for hybrid workstations

Strong improvements are also available for hybrid workstations. More and more companies and organizations work almost exclusively remotely. Especially for employees who work both remotely and on-site, there are new Microsoft Teams-rooms for social distancing, contactless meeting experiences and more integrative experiences.
